From The Jago To The Last Dance.

Sikh wedding DJ for London and the UK — baraat timed with your dhol players, receptions built on real Punjabi depth, and twenty years of these exact floors.

— The Difference

Punjabi floors are read, not played.

Any DJ can queue up a Bhangra playlist. Very few know when the room wants Surjit Bindrakhia instead of the remix, when the uncles are one track away from taking over the floor, and how to hold a mixed English–Punjabi crowd without losing either side.

Prit Nasha grew up on this music and has spent twenty years playing it — from family jagos in West London to wedding receptions at Grand Sapphire and Fairmont Windsor Park, to the O2's VIP Blue Room alongside Diljit Dosanjh.

You book the artist directly — no agency, no roster, no substitute DJ. The person your family plans the week with is the person behind the decks at every function.

The Week

Function By Function.

01

Jago & mehndi nights

The build-up nights run on dholki, boliyan and the Punjabi songs every generation knows. The DJ supports the tradition — never competes with it.

02

Milni & baraat

Big entrance energy, timed to the minute with your venue, videographer and dhol players — so the handover from live dhol into the venue lands exactly on cue.

03

Around the Anand Karaj

The ceremony itself belongs to the gurdwara. The DJ handles everything around it — arrivals, the reception venue turnover, and the moment the families come back together.

04

The reception

Dinner warmth into first dance into a full Punjabi floor — classics, UK Bhangra history and today’s wave, sequenced so the uncles and the cousins never leave.

FAQ

Sikh Wedding Questions.

Do you play at the gurdwara?

The Anand Karaj itself belongs to the gurdwara and its kirtan — no DJ should touch that. Prit handles everything around the ceremony: the baraat arrival, the milni energy, and the reception that follows.

Can you coordinate with our dhol players?

Yes — baraat and entrance moments are planned with your dhol players and videographer so the handover between live dhol and the DJ is seamless.

How deep does the Punjabi collection go?

Decades deep — the classics, the UK Bhangra era, garage-era Asian anthems, and this month's releases. If your dad has a song in mind, it's almost certainly already in the library.

Can one booking cover jago, mehndi and reception?

Yes — most families book the week as a package. One artist across every function means the reception DJ already knows exactly what your crowd responds to.

Our crowd is half Punjabi, half English — a problem?

A speciality. Twenty years of fusion floors: Bhangra into house, Punjabi classics into R&B and back — sequenced so both sides stay up all night.
