When The Floor Needs Fire.

Dancehall and soca DJ for London weddings, parties and events — foundation riddims to the new wave, clean where the room needs it, relentless where it doesn't.

— The Difference

Dancehall is a craft, not a playlist.

Juggling riddims, reading when the floor wants the 2003 anthem instead of the remix, holding a soca set at carnival intensity — this is DJing that can't be faked with a Spotify queue. Either you grew up in it or the floor can tell.

Prit Nasha has played dancehall, bashment and soca across London floors for twenty years — inside club sets, at fusion weddings where the Caribbean side of the family expects it done properly, and everywhere the night needs its highest gear.

You book the artist directly — no agency, no substitute DJ. The person who takes your booking is the person on the decks.

Where It Works

Room By Room.

01

Weddings & receptions

Dancehall is a wedding secret weapon — the moment the formalities end and the floor needs to ignite, nothing does it faster. Programmed clean where the room needs it.

02

Caribbean & fusion celebrations

Jamaican–English, Trini–Desi, mixed-heritage floors of every kind — bashment, soca and the crossovers, blended with the R&B and Afrobeats the whole room shares.

03

Carnival season & soca floors

Soca is its own discipline — power soca for the peak, groovy soca for the build, and the stamina to hold a carnival-season floor for hours.

04

Clubs & private parties

Riddim-literate sets — the 90s and 2000s classics, the new wave, and the juggling craft that separates a dancehall DJ from a playlist.

FAQ

Dancehall & Soca Questions.

Can you keep dancehall wedding-appropriate?

Yes — clean edits and radio versions across the library, programmed to the room. The energy stays; the content is judged for who's on the floor.

Do you play soca as well?

Properly — groovy soca for the build, power soca for the peak, and the classics in between. Carnival-season floors and Caribbean weddings are home ground.

Our wedding mixes Caribbean and Asian families — can you hold both?

That's the speciality of the house. Dancehall into Bhangra, soca into Bollywood, with Afrobeats and R&B as the bridge — one floor, both families on it.

How far back does the collection go?

Foundation riddims, 90s and 2000s bashment classics, reggae and lovers rock for the warm moments — through to this month's releases.

Do you take requests on the night?

Yes — and the do-not-play list is honoured just as carefully as the must-plays.
