Who we are

Prit Nasha is a London wedding and event DJ business run by Pritpal Kaley, trading as Prit Nasha. For anything about your data, email info@pritnasha.com or call 07944 262400.

What we collect

• When you enquire (the form, WhatsApp, email or phone): your name, email, phone number, event date, venue or area, event type and anything you tell us about the event.
• When you book: the booking details, your signed terms, invoices and payments.
• When you visit the site: an anonymous count of page views and button taps — which page, where the visit came from, phone or computer, and country. No cookies, no names, no identifiers, and nothing is stored on your device.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and quote for your event — steps you ask us to take before a contract.
• To deliver the booking you’ve made — the contract.
• To keep financial records the law requires.
• To understand which pages help people (the anonymous counts) — our legitimate interest, with no personal data involved.

We never sell your details. After your event we may message you once to ask for a review, and now and then about something similar you might want — reply STOP and we won’t again.

Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and keeps the anonymous visit counts.
• Studio Ninja — our booking system; the enquiry form on the contact page sends to it. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam and Google Maps to look up venues.
• Microsoft 365 — our email.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Google — only if you follow a link to our Google reviews or map.
• AI tools — Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI help Prit sort enquiries and draft replies. Prit reads and sends every reply himself.
• Prit’s own server in the UK — runs the assistant that drafts replies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t turn into a booking are kept for up to 24 months, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Booking and payment records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless the law says we must keep them.

Photos & video at events

We may film or photograph the dancefloor to show our work, as set out in the booking terms. If you’d rather we didn’t, tell us before the event and we won’t. We don’t post close-ups of children or of guests who ask not to be shown.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or object to how we use them. Email info@pritnasha.com. Tell us first at info@pritnasha.com — we’ll acknowledge a complaint within 30 days. If you’re still unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
