The 2-Step Never Left.
UK Garage DJ for London bars, parties and weddings — old skool, 2-step and the revival, from an artist who has been playing these records to London floors for twenty years.
Garage is a London sound. Play it like one.
UK Garage rewards the DJ who actually knows it — the swing that makes 2-step move differently from house, the basslines that need proper sound, the anthems a London crowd will sing back word for word. A garage set built from a top-40 playlist gives itself away in ten minutes. One built from a collection that runs from the old skool through the revival never does.
Prit Nasha has played these records across twenty years of London nights — club floors, private parties and a standing residency at Dojo Restaurant & Lounge in Hatch End — and folds garage into open-format sets everywhere from wedding afterparties to corporate floors.

Old Skool To Revival.
The old skool
The vocal garage and US-flavoured records the whole scene was raised on — played properly, in full, for the heads who remember.
2-step
The golden UKG era — the swing, the basslines, the anthems that still detonate a London floor twenty-plus years on. This is the backbone.
The revival
Garage never really left, and the current wave proves it — today's records and edits, mixed alongside the originals they descend from.
The blends
Where open-format earns its keep: garage into R&B, house, Dancehall and back — keeping a mixed floor locked without losing the swing.
Not just playing it — booking it.
Prit runs garage nights as well as playing them. Through Throwback Nation and Collective Eventz he has booked Meleka (“Go”), Gracious K, MC DT and 3 of a Kind (“Babycakes”) — and played the opening set at House & Garage Live’s Summer Showcase, on a bill with Shola Ama, Sweet Female Attitude, Kristine Blond, MC Kie and Lonyo.
Moments From The Floor.
"Seventeen years and counting. I first booked Prit for my 21st in 2009 — he’s been the DJ at every event since, including my wedding. He tailors the music to the vibe and the crowd want him on every floor."

UK Garage Questions.
Can you play garage all night?
If that's the brief, happily — old skool through 2-step into the revival holds a night on its own. Most floors want movement though: garage into R&B, house, Dancehall and back, following the crowd rather than a fixed lane.
Is this just for club nights, or weddings and parties too?
All of it. Bar and club sets, milestone birthdays, wedding evenings and afterparties, corporate floors — garage lands everywhere a London crowd wants to dance, and the set is sized to the room.
Do you actually have the old skool collection?
Yes — the vocal garage and 2-step era is a backbone of the collection, originals and the right edits both, alongside the current revival records they inspired.
Can a garage set stay family-friendly?
Yes — clean edits are held across the library, so a wedding or mixed-generation party gets the full energy without the language.
Do you take requests on the night?
Within the plan agreed with you, yes — key songs and do-not-play lists are locked in during the consultation, and requests get folded in without losing the floor.
