For Planners & Venues

Working with us.

Destination weddings: how we work with planners.
The same team at every function
Prit Nasha on the decks and our MC on the mic, from the welcome party to the reception.
The equipment spec, sent early
We send our equipment spec early and confirm it with the local AV supplier and the venue before anyone books a flight. Sound and lighting can be supplied locally to our specification.
One quote for the trip
Every function on one quote, built around the dates, functions and venues. Two events in Europe start from £3,950, plus travel. Travel and accommodation are agreed up front.
50% secures the date
Half secures the date, and the balance is due 30 days before the event. Overtime abroad is £200 per hour, agreed before we continue.
Planning calls
Calls with you, the couple and the venue or AV team on timings, curfews, sound limits and power, so there is one plan for the whole trip.
Run sheets
Send your run sheet and we work to it at every function. The music plan is signed off in writing about two weeks before.

Planner Questions.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes. Timings, technical requirements and the run of show are agreed with the planner and the venue team, and the music plan is signed off in writing about two weeks before.
Can our venue have your insurance certificate and PAT records?
Yes. Public liability cover of £10m comes through our production partners, and the certificate and PAT test records are sent to the venue on request.
Can production go on the same quote?
Yes. LED wall, dancefloor, lighting and effects where the venue permits can be quoted with the DJ as one price, delivered with our long-time production partner Opus AV.
Do you work abroad?
Yes. Destination weddings since 2014, including Lake Como, Tuscany, Santorini, Barcelona, Seville, Toronto and the Ritz-Carlton Tenerife Abama. Abroad, the same team plays every function: Prit Nasha on the decks and our MC on the mic. Travel and accommodation are agreed up front, as part of your quote.
